MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Victory Community Development is to empower the lives of young people in south Florida. It is our mandate to make a positive impact in our community by way of direct involvement with our youth and young adults. We offer programs that will contribute to their development by providing them with knowledge and training that will enable them to fulfill their maximum potential therefore producing self sufficient and responsible citizens.

We beleive that when you impact one person's life you impact a family; when you impact a family you impact a community; when you impact a community you change a nation. Our slogan 'Building A Community One Person At A Time' is our mandate. Our vision is to make such powereful impact upon the lives of the youth and young adults in the South Florida community that they will experience a personal and socioeconomic change.
